Patriach Healthcare has three primary office locations. Melrose, Ma., Wellesley, Ma. and Chatham, Ma. 

 Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. However, we have staff available 24/7 for urgent needs. 

 Yes, Patriach Healthcare is fully licensed and insured to operate in Massachusetts 

Our non-medical home care services include personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming), medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, companionship, transportation for appointments and errands, and respite care for family caregivers. 

All of our caregivers undergo a rigorous screening process, including background checks, reference checks, and comprehensive interviews. They are also trained and supervised to ensure they provide compassionate and high-quality care. 

 Yes. Note this. We strive to match clients with caregivers who best suit their needs and preferences. While we strongly consider your input, the final decision is usually based on caregiver availability and suitability. 

We regularly assess our clients' needs and can adjust care plans as circumstances change. Our goal is to provide flexible and responsive care. 

 The first step is to complete a free nurse assessment and to put a plan of care in place. Care can start in as little as four hours from the point of first contact. 

Care schedules are highly flexible and tailored to your specific needs. Visits can range from a few hours a day to 24/7 live-in care. We will work with you to create a schedule that fits your lifestyle.  

 The cost of non-medical home care varies depending on the level and frequency of services required. While many private insurance plans do not cover non-medical home care, some long-term care insurance policies may. We recommend checking with your insurance provider. We can also discuss payment options with you.
