At Patriach Healthcare, we believe in the profound healing power within every home. Our journey began with a deeply personal experience: caring for our own grandmother, who lived to a vibrant 94, surrounded by the love and comfort of family. We saw firsthand the immeasurable value of in-home care.

That experience inspired us to open Patriach Healthcare in June 2021 in Melrose, and later Wellesley and Chatham, Massachusetts.

We aren't just a business; we're an extension of that same heartfelt dedication. Our focus is on making every hour as joyful and fulfilling as possible for your loved ones. We provide more than just assistance; we offer genuine companionship and meticulously delivered services, down to the smallest detail – like preparing a cup of coffee exactly how it's preferred, served at just the right moment. It's these thoughtful gestures, these "little things" and shared smiles, that truly enrich a day.

Just as we nurtured our grandmother, we're now honored to extend that same quality of care and positive experience to numerous other families in Boston, Greater Boston and Cape Cod. Patriach Healthcare is our way of enhancing the natural healing environment found in every home.

 The grandma rule

Whenever we interview a prospective caregiver, our staff members ask the question: “Is this someone I would hire to take care of my own grandma?” If we can answer yes with absolute confidence, the candidate will be invited to join our home health care caregiver team. We call our caregivers heroes, "Heroes in scrubs."
